lol, good point, a am sorry about draging this tread off topic; i tend to get a little destracted when i am puplicly attacked for my openions.

anyway, as for max payne, i have heard many complaints but presonaly i think it is a realy good game and quite grapicly pleasing aswell. also i want to thank you for reminding me of it movinslow, i had pushed it to the back of my mind but i just went and found that version 3.0 of the max payne mod kung-fu has been released. i am just downloading it now but i played a few of the previous releases which were quite impressive and this latest version has been promised to add a lot to that. check out the website here.

Heh, funny argument there. You shouldn't be so upset just because someone doesn't like the same game you do. Anyway... i didn't like SOF2 either. Probably for the same reason i dislike CS, which is the slow movement. Feels like i'm running through mud =P

On that note, RTCW multiplayer is a blast, and one of the most strategic and teamwork reliant games out there. I've been playing it since the beta days and was really into the competition before although i just pub now.

As far as single player games go, Splinter Cell is awesome. Looks great, plays great. :)

The only thing that I didn't like about Max Payne's graphics was the expression on his face.

You wanna game that'll tax even the burliest systems? How about an old favourite? That's right. The original Quake with the Tanabrae mod which is quite similar to the Doom III engine. It looks great but even at 640x480 it runs slow as heck.:)

The thing that irks me is that a lot of these games "push" your system not because they are that great looking.......but rather due to inefficient programming.
