Ok.. setting the scene..
its 3am.. youve been drinking with 3 or 4 of your close mates since 7pm at the pub. the pub shuts.. all your mates are staying at your place cause its your local. its a 30 minute walk from the pub to your place...
and so the super mario brothers walk home from the pub game begins..
To the theme music of super mario brothers.. (all players must keep the theme music going)
steps:
1) All players run into a propertys front lawn
2) find something to uproot
3) stand over it with legs either side
4) reach down and grab it at its base (a-la super mario brothers 2)
5) extract it and hold it above your head (dont forget to keep the theme music going)
6) run back out into the middle of the street (by now your mates should be joining u from there visits to neighbouring propertys)
7) take aim
8) fire... throw your object at one of your friends.. (yes letterboxes do hurt)
9) repeat steps 1 - 8 all the way home until only one man is standing...
Rules:
U are out of the game if A) you get hit by one of your mates objects and B) You get caught by the owner of the object.
This is hilarious. alot of fun... one of my mates tells the story that one night when i was walking home from the pub playing this game i rang him (my phone was in my pocket)... all he heard was the supermario theme going... "do-do-do-da-do-be-do" then a very loud smash.. followed by someone yelling out "RUN!!!" and with the phone in my pocket it sounded like something from the blair witch project where they have the camera and are running away lol...
