What cpu is it?

Personally I would not mind those high temps, when under full load, if you have a Tbird over 1.2GHz.

Mine runs at 57C full load (Seti 24/7) right now at 1.5GHz, it is 30C outside and room temp reaches 26C. I use a ALPHA PAL6035 with a 28cfm fan and a SX 1030 with 4 19cfm fans. My system runs perfectly stable and those temps under 60C won't do no harm.

If you really want to lower the temps (considering that your cooling setup is very decent already), you could buy a better HSF, maybe the Swiftech, and provide for better airflow by installing more case fans etc., but as I said, just stay with those temps, they are OK!
