What games can I with the following specs: intel® Core ™ i7 -4800MQ (4th Gen) @ 2.70 GHz ● Hard Drive: 1 TB / Ram: 16 GB ● Radeon HD 8790M 2 GB GDDR5 + intel HD Graphics 4600?

Step 3: Give them your credit card.

Step 4: Pay for the handful of games you think you'll like.

The CPU and and system ram should be fine for the most part
Some modern games like Kingdom Come Deliverance might run slow depending on if the power/thermals allow the CPU to turbo all the way up to 3.7 like Intel says it can do: https://ark.intel.com/products/75128/Intel-Core-i7-4800MQ-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3-70-GHz-

The 8790M is a laptop GPU. It's 5+ old. It's only got 2GB of vram. This will be your bottleneck.

It can play almost all older games OK at 720p, but, might have trouble with new stuff that requires more video ram due to huge textures (fallout 4, GTA5, watch dogs 2 for example might be trouble, though, you might be ok if you mod smaller/more optimized textures. (I was able to play them on a 2gb Radeon 6870 at one time.))
