Hello, I built this pc a few years ago and never had any issues until lately. I've played a few games (mainly warcraft III) and after about 15-20 minutes they crash with a type of error that resembles:

The instruction at '0x6F0D3C4C' referenced memory at '0x00002D40'.
The memory could not be 'read'.

I'm on an athlon xp 2000+, ecs k7s5a motherboard, geforce 4 ti4200 128mb, crucial 512 ddr ram.

I've ran memtest86 before and had no errors so it leads me to believe the video card may be having problems or maybe my motherboard. I overclocked my 4200 for a long time and I'm assuming it has hit it's max.

Can anyone suggest anything? Will buying a new video card fix this problem? I didn't find any utilities to test my vram.

Try running one of those video card benchmark programs and see if it poops out also. If you goto video forum, and do a search I think you can find some of those programs. Also, are you sure heat isn't becoming an issue?

probably cpu, I never had an issue with Geforce 4 ti seies overheating.

Video card benchmark program is just to test if the video card went bad.
