ROCKET ARENA 3!!! It's pretty much Quake 3 subtract all that run-around-the-level-collecting-weapons/armor/ammo. You start out with all weapons, full life/armor, and full ammo. The premise is to place two fighters in an level battlefield, with all the weapons/armor.

Although I haven't tried the multi on Return to Castle Wolfenstein, its single player is good. Almost as good as half-life. Start slow at first then gets damn intense. Pretty scary in some scenarios. I highly recommend it.

RTCW Multiplayer is great!! The graphics are so much better than CS, but it wont run on a P75 like CS will

Surprised no one has said Urban Terror mod for Quake 3. It's kinda underground but I find it to be very well balanced. It seems a lot like Couterstrike. I play it every day.

Urban Terror is a great mod for Quake3, and Tac Ops is a great mod for Unreal. CS in it's hey day was the greatest thing, but because of all the cheaters, people who accuse you of cheating, and stupid 5 year old admins that ban you with powertrips... CS gets more frustrating then fun. Until they fix all the problems I'm sticking with Urban Terror, and Tac Ops. Diablo2 gets boring fast, but I just love the PvP and magic find parts. Starcraft however, is the greatest game ever.

SWAT3 Elite Edition. More tactical than CS IMO because you can't move as fast and dodge bullets. The AI is much more intelligent than Rogue Spear also.

Rocket Arena for UT is also a pretty good one, as is The Longest Journey for a good singleplayer, TRUE adventure game (VERY well-rated by all reviews, I'm in the middle of it and it's a great game)!
