Clean install of OS might help,I actually think 30.82 drivers are the best Nvidia drivers ,you can get them from here ,remove your old ones first ,but if you`re going to do a clean install of OS you might as well install them after.Few Bios tweaks might help, disable video ram cacheable, disable system bios cacheable, disable all video shadowing,AGP aperture size should be set to 64mb or 128mb normally.

You can disable FSAA to off, in Nvidia driver display control panel, that will speed up your gaming.
I recommend when you install the OS you have your PC at default speeds nothing overclocked which will avoid install problems caused by OC.

I just reformatted my HD and clean installed Windows XP Professional, everything works fine. w00t. Thanks a lot everyone for your time. Meadl Of Honor runs without a hitch.

I will take ur advice on the drivers and will fool around with that stuff later. I won't be overclocking at all, at least until I get a better cpu heatsink/fan, and I'm scared to death to install Diablo2. 😉

Again, everyone, thanks a lot for all your help and time.
