original video here on alternate channel, with minor redaction to avoid another takedown:
Gamer's Nexus released an over-three-hour-long expose on smuggling rings that move NV dGPUs into China in circumvention of trade restrictions. Bloomberg issued a DMCA takedown based on a short clip of the President speaking publicly (recorded by and made available by Bloomberg and/or an affiliate owned by Bloomberg). Bloomberg curiously also had a video of their own attempting to expose dGPU smuggling rings which, for whatever reason, never showed any actual evidence of smuggling. YouTube took down the GN video, prompting GN to fire back by traveling to New York (see first video) to question Bloomberg attorneys named in the takedown notice that refused to speak with Steve. There's more to it but you probably should watch the first video to get everything.
edit: wasn't entirely sure where to post this but please don't move this to P&N, it's far too interesting of a topic to get stuck over there.
