Good, swatting is a horrible thing to do. Though I also put blame on the police. It's completely insane to deploy a full swat team because of some random tip you get from some guy on the internet. What ever happened to doing an actual investigation before going somewhere guns blazing?

Swatting is a terrible thing to do to someone and absolutely deserves punishment.




That being said, the only reason swatting exists is because American police forces are indiscriminate killers that never face repercussions.
