I am looking for a program that I can use mostly Kids games with out having to use the CD when you use it. Kids are sure hard on CD's.

Have you considered using Daemon Tools instead? You'd still need something to rip the game CDs to an image file, but those aren't hard to find.

You could also use Alcohol 120%, as it has virtual CD and ripping capabilities.
