Gamecube::what's a good game to get?

I just picked up the gamecube game box for 50 bucks at circuit city for my kid. I heard they'll be bundled with the gamecube so you might want to pick up one of those bundles when they come out.
 
well, I got Time Splitters 2 and all I have to say is: This game is so ill!!!

I haven't even started the story yet, but this game is so fun: Done some arcade things, and a few bot matches!

Man! The graphics are so good compared to mah PSone + LCD (but I only got that for car/plane trips)!

/me loves his new GC. Gonna play non-stop when I get back from werk wit' mah friends!

Gonna probably buy Burnout II next!

Resident Evil

But I highly recommend you play the original first so you don't get spoiled by the graphics offered in the new one. Practically same technique (prerendered backgrounds) but with a little more talent. The models look fantastic too. Acting is also improved but the original captures fear unlike any other Resident Evil.
