I only found out about this a couple of weeks ago, but you can buy replacement bezels So no need to leave the top off or buy 8cm disks.

What is the difference between the Pro and the SX.

Also, what is the deal with the Viper chip?

Qoob Pro uses USB plus has a larger memory bank. SX is the cheap man's modchip (very few features, have to flash over network) goto www.qoobchip.com for more info. The viper was the GC's first modchip, it has been replaced with Qoob Pro because viperchip does not hold enough flash memory.

I wonder who fabs these mod chips, seeing as how they must be illegal and such?
