Game series you wish hadn't stopped or eagerly anticipating their next title

So many series have ended in fail for me.
Deus Ex
Max Payne
Red Faction
Computer D&D
KOTOR (now TOR)

Serious Sam seems to be going nowhere fast.
Fallout gets better in some ways and worse in others.

Definately Diablo III. I don't give a damn about the changes they are making to it in terms of Internet connection and the whole flap about the AH. We can finally play a modern Diablo instead of relying on the myriad of substandard clones.

Diablo series (awaiting sequel)
StarCraft series (awaiting sequel)
KotOR series (should not have stopped - I'm not counting the MMO)
FreeSpace series (should not have stopped)

Max Payne has neither ended nor ever been fail.

Max Payne ended for several years with no sequel in sight while Rockstar milked the Grand Theft Auto cow to death.
And the third games looks to be so far out of left field, I think somebody just put together some stupid nonsense, knew it wouldn't sell as is, and attached the Max Payne name to it so it wouldn't bomb.

Serious Sam 3.

There was a time that many didn't think it would ever happen, but sequel coming out October 18.

I think he meant the Zerg campaign which is actually a whole separate game from Wings of Liberty.

This.

I'm well aware of SC2:WoL, but I'm eager for SC2:HotS. I guess you could throw a hypothetical SC3 on my mental list as well, but I meant the expansions.

Perhaps I used "sequel" too liberally, but I figured the meaning was obvious. After all, I mentioned that I'm awaiting a sequel to the StarCraft series, not to StarCraft 1.
