Game return

I got a GBA game for my bday, and I tried it out, and I really didn't like it. But it came from Wal-Mart, and their policy is if it's opened, you can only return it for the same game. It cannot be exchanged for a different one. Well I was thinking I could exchange it for the same game, and then return that one, un-opened, for a different game. Anyone ever try this? Does this make me a bad person?

Yes it makes you a bad person, but I just call it "Using the system". Most people on here would do it, but come on here and sound all moral and yell at you for stealing.

I can understand, and I agree, with Wal-Mart's policy. But as the person ending up with the bad part of the deal, I don't much care.

If they don't open up the one they give you, then by all means, exchange it for something else the second time around. That's what I'd do. But if they make a note on the receipt or something that you exchanged it, then you might have trouble doing that again...
