I am diving into the Xbox 360 world.

Does anyone recommend a netflix-like game rental company?

If it did movies too that would be a plus.

Blockbuster has a gamer's rental program too. I think it is $14.99/month and you get to keep a game out for as long as you want.
 
Ok, looks like gameznflix is the way better deal. 3 games/movies out at a time for $17 beats gamefly's 2 for $22 plus you can get movies.

I'll try them out.
