Fair point, but if we're talking about just a gfx card, the risk is pretty tiny. If an issue just pop it out...
 
...and I'll have my old Dell Dinosaur to back me up on my business system anyway.

The consensus seems to be split between buying a mid-level prebuilt and upgrading the video card and/or PSU, and building one...
