Yes but you have choice with dedicated servers. You can find good servers that have good admins online a lot. With the P2P you get pot luck... from my experience this means that one average one in five matches had a hacker (might of exagerrated a bit) but it was enough to put me off the game and I quit at level 61. I would much rather have dedicated servers... and the lag is reduced a lot also. Anyone who thinks that dedicated servers are not a big improvement doesn't know much about online gaming.
Yeah I'm totally with you. My biggest complaint with MW2 is lack of dedicated servers but I've generally been enjoying it plenty without. I'd say I find cheaters a lot less than 1 in 5, but mostly since when you get a good game going (especially when I'm host

) and a group of people who don't cheat so you get a lot of matches in during that time that are great.
Anyway I just got back from buying Black Ops. Need to free up space to install it. So we'll see how much better the dedicated servers are.
I was going to buy it at Walmart since I had a few other things to get. They had BO for the other four platforms but didn't know anything about the PC one, which didn't make sense since I was sure it was released the same time. Target and Best Buy were just down the road but a new Gamestop was even closer so I stopped there and they had it.
edit: Minimum reqs for storage said 12 GB. So I deleted HL EP1, EP2, Portal, and other stuff (all of which had Steam saying they took 2x as much as they really did) to finally free up 14 GB. I put in the disk and space required was like 7 GB. Doh!
