game crashing

Ok heres the set up

2800xp @3000xp
2 times 256 ram dual channel 2700
9600xt with 4.10 drivers
windowsxp
nvidia 400 mb
300watt ps

The game that crashes is nba live 2004 plays for 5 minutes or so then just puffs away
i can playCOD and tigerwoods 2004 without a problem

The problem is a very simple one. The solution is just as simple. What I'm referring to (respectively) is: sports games are lame; don't play sports games.

u can be having an issue with ur power supply. not enough power.

wow i thought it said 300watt would work
350 would be enough or is there some way to fix it without getting a new ps?

Run memtest86 (google it) to make sure your RAM is good. Run Prime95 (google it) torture test to make sure your system and overclock are stable.I've heard of people having trouble with the 4.10 Cats, try Driver Cleaner (google it) and reverting to the 4.9 drivers.

I assume you're running everything at stock speeds?

Have you tried un-&re-installing the game itself with the latest fixes?

I'm centering on the app because you say the other apps work fine.

Also, check their web site for faqs or known issues.
