i want to back up my game cd's i'm using nero and always messed up the copy
(bad CRC,cannot use the back-up to play,etc,etc)

is there a way to back-up game/software cd's because software cost around 15 to 60 $ and i would prefer to use back-up CDs while the original is stored safely in it's case

thanks

uh yeah i forgot to mention the games i want to back-up are old games (1997~1999) some work and some don't
is it because the game not compatible with the OS or nero just doesn't know how to read old cd's 😀

thanks anyway BluE Weasel

Well, both Alcohol and CloneCD are much better at getting around the copy protection of game CDs than Nero. You might try looking at MakeaBackup.com to see the protection schemes for the games you are wanting to backup.

thanks i'll try CloneCD...

umm this might sound stupid, but seriously what should i do with the alcohol... (D'OHH 🙂 )
