Some of you apparently don't even understand the challenge... It's to drink it within 1 hour AND keep it down... I have no doubt that I can handle that volume in an hour (sorry Mosh, my stomach can apparently stretch to >1 liter; I've seen those statistics before and have always realized that mine must stretch better than normal - I've won chugging contests as a result :) ) However, I guarantee that I would never be able to keep it down, nor would anyone else.

THe whole point is that it's impossible to drink it in under an hour and NOT throw up afterwards. The local fireman was on the radio saying they have a competition every year for the rookies to do that. No one has ever done it and not puked after.

1% is so watery, granted i didn't use the imperial counting system

grocery store challenge, set a dollar amount, usually 2 dollars or 5 dollars

everyone goes into the grocery store and buys up to 5 dollars worth of stuff (no condiments, has to be edible, no pet food)

find a way to distribute every persons package of goods so that everyone has someone else

some of the dirty combinations was pop and loaves of bread or a giant can of canned fruits (the syrup kills you)

homo milk would be deadly

I've seen it done. The guy doing it was 6'4" 350+lbs.

But yes, it is impossible with a normal stomach capacity.

<----Former cow-tipper here. I've done it more than once. Many friends with me, too. Or I was with them, however you want to characterize it.

I drink a LOT of milk. Never tried doing a gallon in an hour. A gallon in an evening, no problem.
I doubt I'll ever try to find out. Whether I can do it or not matters not compared to what would happen if it turned out that I couldn't.

We had a contest (College Dorm) outside with this. Only one person was able to drink the entire gallon and keep it down within the hour. They threw up after the hour passed but they still were declared winner. I got about 7/8 of the way down. Jerks making the "BLEGHHHHH" vomiting noise caused me to lose it. :(

I've seen it done, low percentage of people that tried did it (only one guy did it in our dorm and maybe 6 or 7 tried). Might have been skim though, not sure.

Ok, so in a very very small percentage its possible

few remarks though

for the people in here who keep saying they COULD do it because they love milk and drink so much milk in a day.....then fvcking do it!
anyone in here could probably fit a gallon of milk into thier stomach, whether they like it or not........thats not the point. its next to impossible though for anyone to keep it down, thats the whole challange.
So, if your gonna post on how sure you are that you can do it, prove it or shut the fvck up.

second, for people that think being fatter makes it easier to eat more in a time limit (ie, hot dogs, chicken wings, milk), your totally wrong.
Contrary to what you think, the fatter you are, the less your stomach can expand, so when you try to force down a certain number of hot dogs in 12 minutes, you wont get past 25-30 (which is why the damn japanese can eat 53, because theres no fat in the way of letting his stomach expand)

just thought id share that

but thanks for all the input (except the people that are full of themselves and think they can do it cuase thier fvcking jesus or something)

Again, people keep seeming to believe it's a question of volume. It's not. (well, it is, but lets assume we have the small percent of people who can handle the volume.)

So, we start with 10,000 people and 10,000 gallons of whole milk.
At the end of 1 hour, perhaps 400 or so people will have finished their gallon of milk.
The rest of them, puked or whatever... who cares.

NOW, of those 400 people, ALL 400 are going to puke within the next 45 minutes or so.
I have heard of this challenge numerous times, and never have I heard of someone doing so successfully, except on this forum, where everyone is more than happy to think they can do it, so they claim they already have.

I propose an ATOT meet for everyone who claims they've done it. They pony up $100 each. Then, we get everyone else to chip in a few bucks. If those who claim they can are successful, we all chip in and give them $500 each. When they end up puking, they forfeit their $100 which we either divide, or donate to some charity.
