Galaxy Note 3 Specs Confusion

Is there more than one version of this phone (as far as power goes)?

Andandtech's review says "2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974)
4x Krait 400 @ 2.3 GHz, Adreno 330 at 450 MHz"

However, some sites are listing the specs as 1.9Ghz (including some YouTube reviews), some are saying 2.3Ghz+1.9Ghz, and some just say 2.3Ghz. Do they have a "turbo" mode or something?

Are the specs in the review the one and only or are there different versions of the phone with different CPUs?

Thanks

P.S. This is my first smartphone (it hasn't arrived yet) so please excuse my ignorance on the topic.

Ah, sounded like you were saying that about the N3 in general.

The N9000 seems to be an international version, and feature limited.

I assume you're in the US? What carrier or service are you buying an N3 for?

The Note 3 is a hell of a smartphone. Unless you ordered the wrong model for what you want a smartphone for, I doubt you'll be disappointed. Sounds like you're just getting the buyers jitters while you wait for it.

Yeah I'm in the US. I decided to try t-mobile since there's no contract (and their 4G coverage looks to be excellent in my area, but we'll see). I canceled that order and got the 9005 directly from t-mobile (even ended up $50 cheaper with a coupon code).
