Galaxy a good brand? A Fry's, by me, has a Galaxy 680

Fry's by me has a GALAXY GTX 680 PCI-E 3.0

Bad brand or good? In case ever needed, I wonder how the RMA process is with that company. Should I buy it for $530 or wait for a different one?

Galaxy seems to be making this card in the most numbers. New egg seems to get them in stock every day.every other brand comes maybe once a week.

Their double and triple slot cooler designs are pretty nice. They perform really close in regards to temps and noise to the msi twin frozr line of coolers.

Wish the frys near me had a gtx680,hell i was begging the guys on my knees almost to look in the back even for as much as a pny brand last week,i had multiple guys working there saying good luck, they go out faster then they come in.

Talk about a sad panda...i ended up picking up a gtx570 as i seriously needed a card anyways.

I have a Galaxy 680 and it's a great card, and of course all reference cards are the same anyway. Nice warranty and customer service as well. I would say in a few years they will be regarded as well as MSI.

I have the PNY 680 and am pleased as punch! Honestly from what I have seen the bulk of these cards are reference cards. Once the custom 680s hit the market we will start seeing major differences. This sucker is FAST!

Almost bought the Galaxy 680 myself. I figured I've been happy with Sapphire's ATI/AMD cards for the past 5-6 yrs so if it ain't broke don't fix it.

If it is less than 30 days I believe you can exchange it for the GTX 680...

Regarding Galaxy, it is a good brand - if anything it could be an OEM factory's house brand... Nvidia doesn't just let any company sell their cards if it doesn't meet their specs... plus Galaxy has been making Nvidia Cards for awhile...

I like EVGA because their office is just a few minutes from my office = RMA faster times...

I bought a galaxy gt440 for my kids computer. It's an old dusty emachine with bad airflow and the card has worked flawlessly for a year. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I had a Galaxy 470. (non reference). It worked perfect and performed better than reference cooling.

1) Its a Reference Card, so its good
2) Galaxy has been around quite a while
3) They honor there rebates as previously stated.

I wouldn't hesitate if its what you want!

Had to RMA a Galaxy card at one point. Their response was very quick and very professional. It's definitely a good buy.

Which Fry's are you talking about? Imma leave right away and snag it before you get there.

You probably see me in line at the checkout center when you come in.
