Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Plus the ad looks like crap. (The house pix look good, but the ad itself looks like it was done by an semi-literate craiglister hawking fake hockey tickets.)

BTW, that place probably would sell for many, many millions of dollars I'm guessing. So, the $4350/mo rental price tag kinda surprises me. I guess you don't have too many people willing to pay $5000/mo in rent, esp. when it's such a pain to drive from Lions Bay to downtown Vancouver. Traffic from Lions Bay & West Van to downtown sucks @zz.

There is only one bridge that direct links them to downtown Vancouver, and it's always packed.
