Probably not. If you upgrade, take GF3 Ti200 at least and you get card with pixel and vertex shader and hw bump mappping support, things that gf2 line doesn't have. With GF2 Ti you just get faster gpu and memory, no additional features.

One way or another you lose Glide support that older games may require!!!
