What are the benefits that are available with this card over any other ti 4600.

Really I'm looking more for performance out the box rather than overclocking although I would dabble.

 
comes with nice oc software, firewire card (with 3 firewire ports), has 3d glasses, TIVO with all the cables, has 2 dvi outputs as well as 2 dvi to analog adapters, and nice software package.

cant decide between the 4400 and the 4600.
