Gainward Geforce3 ti450 Color Problem Help!!!

I bought a Gainward Geforce3 ti450 from newegg.com and it worked fine for an entire day, then today the screen suddenly turned blue...it looks as if it has a constant blue filter. After i rebooted it wouldn't show blue at all...even in the bios. After letting it sit turned off for awhile it works...occasionally...but it soon turns blue again. Anyone have any ideas? The heatsinks don't feel hot at all(just for your infor...so i don't it is a heat thing).

Sounds like a good time to RMA that bad boy...Newegg is good about RMA's.

Well i figured out it was the monitor not the vid card...thanks for the help though.
