Gainward GeForce3 Gold Pak question

It does not have a tv tuner like the All In Wonder cards. VIVO simply means video in/video out.....not an actual tv tuner. You might be a able to connect a vcr to it and use the tuner from the vcr to watch tv, but I'm not sure.
