gainward g3 vivo, and enhanced tweak locked up ???

does anyone use the vivo with this card would like to take some stuff off tapes to put it on VCD what program should I use to edit, capture video. and how is the card ?
anyone have any suggestions on tweaking it.
I used there program to tweak it to the enhanced 220\4what ever it is, it (locked up on me) ?? on 3d mark2001 and when rebooting video was blue and stuff (I turned it off then back on clocked back to stock all fine

well the card should come with a o/c utility bundled with it? but there are plenty of others you can download and use such as nvmax or dang I can't remember but that tiawanese place makes that name is?
oh yea powerstrip.
tweak suggestions sure there are many posts on this forum regarding that if you did a search as for video editing and capturing and the windows me integrated movie maker can be used or the bundled ulead video studio that comes with the card does that help
