GAHHHHH I HATE MY ROOMMATE

We have a huge Fifa '05 rivalry going on here, and it had paused for a few weeks for winter break..so today was the big reunion best of 5 series. We split the first four games, and then on the 5th and final game, he scores early to get up 1-0. It stays that way for about 80 minutes (soccer time) where it was a major battle of the midfielders..until I score on the 86th minute to tie it up.

Regulation ends, it's 1-1, and into overtime we go. Then, after several extremely close scoring opportunities, it comes down to the 120th and final minute of the second period of extra time of the fifth and deciding game after over an hour of intense battling before it goes into the dreaded penalty kicks, he charges down the field with Theirry Henry, gives it a tap, the ball bounces off my goalie, and ever so slowly... rolls into the net.

I have to give you credit for breaking the mold and not posting the usual "My roommate is a pain in the ass" rant. Not to mention, you actually finished this story and didn't cut it off right before the money shot. 😛
