I busted my but off to get atleast a B in every class this semester, well I did.

But since I turned in 7 papers 10mins too late, I don't get cridet for Psyc. I get an I for incomplete, which you have 3 semesters to make up.

Doesn't sound tooo bad does it, well heres the problem. I'm on academic probation because I really really screwed up my first semester in college and my GPA was in the square root club(for those of you who know not what this is: if you took the square root of my gpa was bigger than my gpa itself). Since I'm on academic probation I don't think I'm allowed to get an I so more than likely I will have to sit out of college next semester. :( I tried so hard too.

Damn man, did you slack off at all this semester? Is there no way the psyc department will consider your circumstances and change that? My brother was on AP once and it was a slap in the face for him. He's now got better grades in university than I had by a good margin. Then for other people on AP I knew it didn't change them and they just failed out.

Can you talk to your professor? I mean, maybe he/she is a hardass when they think that you can just make it up, but they probably dont' want to be the catalyst for getting you kicked out of school....I would definetly check.

so sorry :(

knowing you were on a.p., you should have know better than to be late at all.
rules are rules. you have to take responsibility for your own actions. no sympathy from me...
you screwed the pooch, so now you have to live with the bitch.
remember excuses are like @ssholes, everyone has one, you don't need two.

So you turned in 7 different papers all late and you are surprised you got an Incomplete? Hrmm... okay. One paper I can understand, 7 is a lot. You didn't get screwed by psyc, you screwed yourself.

BTW, did you get "cridet" for english???

I'd been working on the papers for a week and a half before they were due. I finished my last one around 4:30, but my room mate didn't finish his until about 4:50. I don't drive so i had to wait on him. Papers were due in a box at 5. Got there around 5:10 box was empty but we still put our papaers in. End of story.

IE Spell <-- found that in a few seconds using Google.com. Also featured on The Screen Savers here

You can also use MS Word to do the spell checking, I think it was in the November issue of PC Magazine.

well around here if you get a I and while on A.P. they just yank the funding.

i was on A.P for a year (had a bad liver problem. was tired all the time and going to the hospital every month). I had to pass 66% of my classes to keep funding. if you don tthen you have to pay for it yourself.

Good luck. a letter explaining why you messed up might help.

oh you had to turn them in all at once? eh that's kind of weird, i can't say i've ever had 7 papers due at the same time for one class.

My prof is the head of the Psyc department. My counselor is the reason I got into this whole AP mess.
