very frustrating. Anyone know of any reliable resellers that have them in stock? I've tried Newegg, Amazon, Buy, JnR, CDW, PCMall etc. I'm looking for the $2100 model with the Ultrabay dock and Microsoft Onenote software bundled with 512MB and 40GB storage.

If you continue to have trouble, I might be able to sell you one at a good price. I work for an IT company that mainly works with the public sector, but I could say you're my friend or something :) Just PM me if interested. We are a close business partner of IBM.

What are you planning on using it for?

We have an HP or Compaq tablet PC and it really isn't that great of a tool, I'd much rather have a laptop

It's size and capabilities are a perfect match for my needs some of which include:

quick note taking while voice recording business conventions while translating to Japanese in realtime

sharing and collaborating business strategies and visual ideas in a very fast paced environment in again international settings

writing and translating articles on the road, on the plane etc. (need good battery life)

etc.

I've also never used Onenote but some of it's features seem like it would make my job a lot easier. I have a normal laptop too (Thinkpad T23) but it's just not working out.

Keeleysam, that's not the package I'm looking for as it doesn't come with the Ultradock.
