It means something to the families of hundreds of innocents ordered murdered by Qadafi.

It's just too bad that we can so easily understand that, but if someone mentions for example hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children killed by sanctions to try to get the people to overthrow Saddam for us, it gets a big yawn from many, who cares. Each one of these murderous events is tragic.
