21 years old, not in college this semester, planning to return next semester.
Two jobs offers.
One with Alltel: 45 minute drive, 2 dollars in tolls each way. $10 an hour. Was told I could apply to transfer to a closer store in 6 months. Open till 7 pm on weekdays, 5 pm on weekends. (Nice and early). Full time position though.
Job Two with T-mobile: $8.85 an hour. 30 minute drive, no tolls. (Possibly worse traffic though). Part time position 20-32 hours a week. Took T-mobile 6 weeks after my interview to actually offer me the job, took alltel 18 hours. Open till 9pm on weekdays and Saturday, 5:30 on sunday.
Everything about Alltel as a company seems better. Just two problems, they are a little further than I'd like. And they are full time, Ideally I'd like to work 30 hours a week. Now I told them I was going back to school next semester and that I normally try to get my classes in 2 days. They seemed fine with that.
So.... what should I do?
