Let the GOP disenfranchisement continue. Of course they would create a law that would allow them to try and take over the largest county in the state which just happens to be 44% black.

Just need the "right people" to vote and the "wrong people" not to. Failing that cheating the "wrong people" out of their votes is acceptable or even a moral obligation for the common good as they see it. Don't have to be the villain if you've decided you're the hero.
