GA-EP43-DS3L won't boot all the sudden...

GA-EP43-DS3L, e7200, Crucial Ballistix 1gb x 2. It has been running fine at 3.8ghz with temps all in green. The vcore was barely tweeked at all. All the sudden it won't boot. It hung on the memory part of POST and after the resetting the CMOS it just displays the Gigabyte post screen for a few seconds then reboots and repeat.

I don't have any other ram sticks to test. I tried both sticks one at a time, no luck. Before I order more RAM, any suggestions? I'm pretty sure it's either the ram or the mobo...

I swapped out the PSU and it booted just fine. I put the other PSU back in and it booted fine, so either something was loose or the PSU is dying. It's a OCZ StealthXStream 500w, 4 months old...
