GA-8INXP or GA-SINXP1394 which is best???

I'm about to buy one of the following. I would like any views on either of these boards or maybe different ones. Granite Bay seems to be the flavour!!!

I was between these two boards for a while, but from a Computer Architecture point of view and theoretical performance, having dual channels for RAM is better, especially using Corsair matched XMS RAM.

Hold on a sec... I just checked this thread again and noticed it... What's wrong with SINXP, if you are planning to o/c???
