I just got my g92 GTS card and I am still playing around with rivatuner but my best oc so far on this card is 780/2000/1100. I am trying to find the sweet spot for the shader clock since it gives you a better 3Dmark score then the other two will when increased. I am using an Asus Arctic Square cooler with arctic silver all air cooling. No load at 45 degrees and under load 51.

I'd really like to know your results as well. I've got a nearly identical system. Right now, with my cpu at 2.8 GHz and my video card stock I'm seeing 12,000 flat in 3D Mark 06. My GPU idles around 50C and gets up between 70-80 load. What's your see with those numbers?

On a side note, rivatuner won't let me adjust any of my GPU settings. Anybody know why? My only options under customize are low level refresh rate settings, low level desktop color schemes, and graphics subsystem diagnostic report.

Keep me update, McCloud...I'd like to see how far you get!

Crysis is a good overclock tester, i was using the ati tool artifact tester and all was well after an hour. 10 mins into crysis and it crashed.

If you have 2000MHz on the shader stable, lucky you! My card's maximum stable clocks so far - 792/1890/2106. At 800 core I'll start to get the occasional yellow pixel, and it will error anywhere between 1-5 minutes, though I've had a run go as high as 10 minutes without error. Same with the shader 1944, though it's slightly more frequent. Memory I haven't found the max yet, but I'm satisfied with where it's at. So running 792/1890/2106 I've yet to experience a crash.

Wowsa. I was being conservative with mine by running it at 700MHz core/ 2000MHz memory. Was I being too conservative?

800MHz gpu/ 2106MHz mem on my evga with the stock cooler/vgpu...fan @ 75%...never goes above 60c playing COD4. Now to put the MCW 60 on it and maybe a vmod....

Ok, I vmodded my GTS and put the MCW60 on it. I currently have it at 900MHz gpu, 2268MHz shaders, and 2230MHz on the memory. I not gonna mess with the vmem right now because it's clocking so nice with stock volts.

3DMark06 = 18,027 with the Q6600 @ 3.87GHz

If only this card had more memory bandwidth...

I dialed down my settings to 802/1949/1043 and got a 3Dmark06 score of 13075.

13075

My cpu is holding me back I could easily get a score above 15k if I upgrade to a quad core. Hopefully Intel will release the 45nm ones soon that will be a nice upgrade for me.

slow down people... he is NOT USING THE STOCK COOLER... read the original post again

So don't go rushing and up your stock cooled GTS to those clockspeeds or you might damage your card

With my BFG 8800GT, 700/1650/1980 is perfectly stable for me with the fan running around 60-75%. I feet it will go higher, but with my Opteron @ 2.75Ghz and only 1280x1024 resolution, there's really not much benefit to overclocking at all.
