yes i do have the 7800gtx 512.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814127195 is my exact model.. i only paid 640 for it tho as i have my resellers liscense and got a good deal from my supplier. they are really nice cards.. jneways i took the mouse apart and tinkeled w/it still couldn't get the firmware to downgrade to 1.0 so i just took it back to where i bought it and got another one lol... Also bought myself a g15 which imo are great keyboards really nice w/the macro's and crap.

What USB port was being used? May require: using one of the mainboard USB ports: the USB ports located next to the PS2 ports, at the back of the machine.

whenever i try to flash my g5 it gets stuck at "waiting for port to flash" and just sits there, and the window blinks. any suggestions?

did you forget to unplug it and plug it back :? did you follow the instruction , did you unplug it while it was flashing , did you make love to your mouse , are you a noob , how did you kill your mouse , why do noob exist , what is the meaning of noob , why did you even update the firmware of the mouse , do you have a crapy powersupply that randomly chockes and restart your computer , what did the mouse ever do to you . I can go on but i have other post to answer!
