ATOT was pathetic from day one. A poor mans Screen Savers if ever there was one. G4's attempt to replace good people with dim whited fools with better looks and a new hip "trendy" attitude just falls unbelievably flat. Extended Play fairs a little better, but it's been dead as far as I was concerned for some time now. I haven't seen it since it left Directv. It was about time the two shows were taken off of life support and G4 end it's charade of a gaming network.
He's really funny.

I actually thought the show started going down hill, ie jumped the shark, when they brought Olivia on.... not sad to see it go they fucked that programming up over the years and shit on all the fans. Screensavers was infinitely better.

My guess would be the channel is changing formats. As it suddenly seems that unless you're putting a ton of money into your shows like AMC, the only shows that are making money are crap reality, or as I call it "the great race to the bottom of humanity".

I thought the show was going to suck when they brought her on. It seemed like she couldn't get through reading the cue cards. She did end up growing on me, not as much as the other members of the cast. I stopped watching when DirectTV dropped the channel which was a shame as it was one of those shows you could zone on.

then they just cycled through random temp hosts, hell they even brought in marc maron for a show or two, that was pretty funny for how awkward it wasits too bad, it had a decent mixture of funny video clips, movie reviews, celeb interviews and tech reviews, pretty honestly scathing about what they were reviewing at times even...
people who complain about aots vs screensavers need their head examined. they are entirely different shows. you might as well complain that tosh.0 isn't serious enough. anyways the idea that screensavers or shows like that are a good idea is questionable to begin with, any serious tech show is simply bested by any tech website, whats a guy yacking about a video card when you can read detailed performance charts online..

Techtv was great in the day but it's pointless now.
I used to video tape screen savers with leo laporte, that was a long time ago but the day he left them I stopped caring about that network. And now Leo just bores me, I can't watch any of his shows.
I know almost everything I need to about computers and when I don't, I can google or ask a question here.

I thought that G4 was basically just the Ninja Warrior rerun channel now... I'm amazed that any programming from the TechTV era was still around.

Yeah, I've only seen them on the show, and they seemed like eye-candy only, and certainly didn't add any real dynamic to the hosting.
I've always liked Morgan Webb and Olivia Munn since they seems like geeky girls who happen to be cute, rather than hot girls who are trying really hard to appear geeky. *shrug*

I never thought AOTS was funny or good to watch at all. I watched it once or twice. Plus hot co-hosts are never enough to keep me interested in anything since you can see hot women anywhere.
Mainly watched it for the top 10 lists, eye candy, and their occasional funny skits (alot were posted on ATOT) back in the days...
