You can't see anything yet? Shocked based on that forecast. That's like 90-100% for the majority of Washington. The new forecast is still very good for at least seeing it to your north with better than a coin flip of it being directly overhead at 10:24PM PST in Washington. Though not as good as the previous forecast for sure.

For all the light pollution it is a good sky tonight. I spotted a half dozen satellite transitions.
Just not much color.

We're north of the red line, so the aurora MIGHT be visible towards the northern horizon.

Apparently a nice show about 75 miles north in Skagit County.
First time I saw northern lights was camping in Conconally probably over 20 years ago. It was all green and the whole sky glowed with what looked like patterns you see if you had a little psychedelic onboard.

The first and only time I saw them was on a TDY job in Prudhoe Bay, AK.

I stood there staring my mouth agape. Co-workers of course we're all nonchalant. I kept yammering on how cool they were and after awhile I was the butt of a few jokes because of my amazement.
