[G-Truc] Candidate features for OpenGL 5

I wish id software would put out a killer engine that would propel OpenGL to the top again as in the days of GLQuake. It looks like I'm going to have to 'upgrade' to Windows 8.1 just to get DirectX 12. Friggin' Microshaft.

By the time DX12 hits the next version of Windows will be out. Skip 8.1.
