G. Skill pc4800 memory with Epox 9U1697 board

I have an Epox 9U1697 socket 939 motherboard, and I bought 1Gb(512MBx2) of G.Skill pc3200/pc4800 DDR600 memory (part F1-3200DSU2-1GBLA - http://www.gskill.com/en/f1-3200dsu2-la.html). After installing it, my computer will no longer boot up, and I get many blue screen stop errors (blue screens of death). When putting the old standard pc3200 memory in, the computer works perfectly, so the problem has to do with the new memory. However, I tested the new memory with Memtest86+ for over 5 hours and got no errors.

Since the memory passes Memtest86+ but the computer still doesn't function when I install it, I think the problem may be with the BIOS settings. I have the memory voltage at 2.7v and I left the memory timings to auto. Also, all other BIOS settings are standard/default, with nothing overclocked.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200 Venice
Motherboard: Epox 9U1697 socket 939 - http://www.epox.com/USA/product.asp?id=EP-9U1697GLI
Memory: G. Skill F1-3200DSU2-1GBLA
