G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800mhz Memory - $39.99 shipped @ Newegg *No Rebates!*

Whats funny is those chips are rated at 5.5.5.15 which is usually an indicator of a low level bin chip running at 800 when 800 can run at 4.4.4.12 but decent price for the un-informed

The PC2-8000 version mysteriously got jacked up $5 in price and then sold out. Convenient.

That might be true, but 8GB CAS5 mem for $80 is quite nice. Many motherboards will not run 4x2GB with CAS4 anyway, and there is not much difference between the two settings for most people. It was a decent deal before at $59, then at $55, but at $39 and no rebates it's hard to find much fault.

FYI: I hear these have trouble with nVidia 7xxi boards, so those with nVidia mobos might want to steer clear.
