Was hoping for one of these.

They were actually selling those last year at the hospital where I work. Did not come with the lamp shade though, but easily done.

Global warming is upon us, it's October and we don't even have snow on the ground yet, but the way it's raining now, if it drops a bit more we could maybe have a foot by tomorrow. I'm kinda hoping for it. The first snow always is chaotic and it's funny seeing everyone scrambling trying to get to work on time.
