FYI: thermal epoxy, adhesive & silicone

Hey folks,
There were couple of people asked for thermal epoxy in here. Here?s what I found in my research. Please feel free to add any additional info such as how much they cost & where can we find it.

Chemtronics

Silver Epoxy:

CW2400 -- 60-90% Silver - $22-$30

Loctite

Thermal Conductive Adhesives:

315 -- 60-65% Aluminum Hydroxide
3151 -- 65-70% Aluminum Hydroxide
383 -- 45-50% Aluminum
384 -- 60-65% Aluminum Hydroxide
3872 -- 70-75% Aluminum Hydroxide
3873 -- 20-60% Aluminum Oxide, 15-50% Aluminum Hydroxide

Thermal Conductive Epoxy:

3860 -- 60-80% Aluminum Oxide
3861 -- 60-80% Aluminum Oxide
3862 -- 60-80% Aluminum Oxide

Thermal Conductive Silicone:

5404 -- 60-65% Aluminum Oxide, 10-15% Zinc Oxide

Wakefield Engineering

Thermal Conductive Epoxy:

DeltaBond 155 -- 70-80% Aluminum Oxide - $30
DeltaBond 152 -- 70-80% Aluminum Oxide
DeltaBond 153 -- 70-80% Alumina
DeltaBond 154 -- 60-75% Aluminum Powder

Thermal Conductive Silicone:

Wakefield 120 -- 60-70% Zinc Oxide

Most of those should be non-electric conductive except the Siliver Epoxy, Loctite 383 & the DeltaBond 154. Maybe the DeltaBond 153 also.

Anybody know how good is the J-B Weld in term of thermal conductivity? Because it has steel particle in the epoxy, it should be kinda ok for passing the heat. Also, it's much cheaper at $3-$4 & doesn't conducts electricity too.

Since those thermal stuff above all have large % of metal particle in them, I'm thinking about we can do some experiments of home-made thermal epoxy by mixing cheap $2 general-purpose epoxy with aluminum or copper dusts.
