Users in Hong Kong and Singapore can now add bank accounts to their PayPal account for withdrawals.

Hi PayPal Damon. As long as you're still watching this thread, I'd like to mention a problem that I experienced with PayPal. I sold 11 items in a Dutch auction. There were two winners. One bid on 2 items, and the other on 11. The bids were identical, but the guy winning 2 items had bid earlier, so he was supposed to get 2, and the other guy 9.

I had PayPal setup to auto-invoice winning bidders. PayPal invoiced both bidders for as many as they bid on i.e. 2 for one guy and 11 for the other. The guy with 11 paid right away, leaving me with 0 for the first guy.

Anyway, I asked the winner of 2 items to let me off the hook because the first guy had already received an invoice for 11 items and paid for them. Apparently he left me off the hook in that I never heard from him at all.

Why can't you return the money for two items to the second guy? This doesn't sound very fair to me but it's not really your fault.

<< Hi RoninRxn,

I do believe our product team is looking into it:)

Thanks. It would help a lot since some people under the new TOS cannot receive credit card payments. I'm a Premium member myself but many people I have dealt with before have had personal accounts.
