Ok..I decided to buy a SI 120 for my Opteron 165..I asked a question via contact form regarding fan clips for Nexus/YL fan..I got an answer in 30min...

Then I decided to make the purchase..not my first with them..probably my 4th

I used paypal..I made the order at 1230pm today by 230pm..they had packaged the order and it was to be shipped today...2hrs and it was ready to go...amazing service

They are consistent in this fashion..every order I have placed has been shipped the same day so long as I placed by 3pm EST


Wow...Monarch and others could take so lessons..it took monarch 2 business days to ship my opteron
 
yeah they have great service. I orderd some tubing from them and they shipped it out quickly. they even sent me an email after the package was delieverd to my house saying the package was delieverd.
 
No complaints from me, either. I ordered a chipset HSF and some cable wrap around lunchtime one day. By the time I left work at 4:30pm, they'd already sent me a tracking number. That's the way a business should be run, folks.

Monarch took 3 business days for my mobo/CPU combo and I even told them not to test it.

ok...but it is important for ATers to know this company they do excellent work...have great CS
 
Jab-Tech is one of the better e-tailers.

Since they moved from NY to OK, sales tax has been dropped off of the billing.
They never pad shipping cost to make a buck. They do fill orders late Saturday and on Sunday but I think these ship Monday morning.
The owner is not absentee. He is a hands on owner-operator.

They're extra cool then. I've had to deal with the owner at FCPU lately and I wanted to fly out and strangle him! 🙂

 
There has not been an 800-number to this point, but I think they are in the process of obtaining one. They just moved from NY to OK so it may take a bit before they do.

There is a number for placing phone orders at HomePage > Help > FAQ . All else is handled via the Contatct form and/or email. It is nearly as fast and useful as a phone call. They are amazingly fast at turning around properly-directed messages
