I was getting this error on every reboot / shutdown for over two weeks. Started "out of the blue" --- no recent system changes / no significant updates that I can recall.

Initially, I thought it was one of my ForceGT SSD's acting up b/c they have different firmware however, it turns out my Merc Stealth keyboard was causing this error. I installed an updated driver from the manufacturer and all is well again. :biggrin:
