They have it so you cannot cancel any online order. They say there is a button, but there really isn't. If you email CS, they reply back with that same cookie cutter response to look for the button, which doesn't exist.

So I'm just going to wait until the end of the month and never pick up my item so I can get my refund.

/rant. Thanks for listening. :whiste:

Amazon does have the button, but it doesn't work in my experience. You might as well say this about ANY online order site. Don't order something unless you really want it.

Why would you ever order anything from walmart? That just doesn't make sense.

because they sell stuff for cheap, shit like video games and plain white T shirts from FTL are the same no matter where they are sold, walmart just sells them for less

I'd rather pay the extra <$1.00 to purchase said items elsewhere.

But why not just drive down to Wal-Mart and pick it up?

Because I don't want it - right after I placed my order I had second thoughts, but it wouldn't let me cancel literally 2 minutes after I placed it.

Sounds like Overstock.com as well.

With Walmart, atleast you can still get all of your charge back.

Anyhow, why'd you order something that you don't REALLY want? 😛

You can cancel orders easily with Amazon within maybe the first few minutes of placing the order.

Just don't pick it up, then...or go pick it up and return it without leaving the store.

I bought my TV from WalMart.com. Cheap + Bing cashback FTW.

I've successfully canceled amazon.com orders before, but you need to do it within a few hours. After that, the order is already being packed and you can't cancel it anymore.

I can't be mad at them for having a fast shipping department... that's why I order from them to begin with!

I canceled an order just yesterday with them. Got on the Xbox Arcade system for $200 plus get a free $100 Walmart eGift card. Forgot to use Bing cashback so canceled the first order to place a second.
