Price not announced yet. The O2 version runs GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, which means it will run on AT&T in the US, as opposed to the US version which will run on T-Mo's AWS.
Also, the O2 version is being released with Android 1.6 (booooo!).
Another nice gotcha about that should be that you could potentially use it on AT&T's cheaper mobile web data plan, rather than the ridiculous smartphone data plan.
To answer the question - no, I will not be buying the O2 version. I will be waiting for the US version to come out.
